Short battery usage, very loud.

As a previous owner of a Worx lawn blower, I am very disappointed in this purchase. Previous blower battery lasted for 10 years with good usage. New battery gives 10 minutes of use and takes 5 hours to charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To maximize the run time you get out of the battery, use the appropriate speed for the job at hand. Lower speeds are ideal for cleaning off hard surfaces, like driveways, sidewalks, patios, or garages. Faster speeds are ideal for cleaning the leaves out of your grass and use more power to give you the blowing force needed to get the job done. Since most clean-up jobs will involve switching between lower and higher speeds, actual run time results will vary. WORX does offer quick chargers that will charge the standard 2.0Ah 20-volt batteries in just 1 hour. We also offer 4.0Ah 20 volt batteries that will provide double run time compared to the standard 2.0Ah 20-volt batteries. Please never hesitate to contact us directly with any questions or concerns. I had my first Worx trimmer for about 5 years and loved it. My husband gave me a new one for Christmas with the "Command Feed" model WG163. With the spool that came in the package it worked great, but the replacement spools will not automatically feed. I have to manually do it about every 50 ft. I bought a pkg of 6 replacement spools (WA0010) and thought maybe it was just the spool but the other spools are not working either. Any suggestions?
