Good but not like our old one

We have been WORX customers for over 8 years. We like battery operated tools that really work. Plus the benefit of the batteries shared across multiple products is great. We ordered this 20V power share turbine to replace or older worx blower. The first didn't work well and they shipped us a new one, which was great. We have used it but are disappointed that it is not as powerful as the old one and is sooooo loud. We never had to wear ear muffs before with the old model. Now, you need them as it is loud. You also go through batteries faster as it is not as powerful, for some reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Short battery usage, very loud.

As a previous owner of a Worx lawn blower, I am very disappointed in this purchase. Previous blower battery lasted for 10 years with good usage. New battery gives 10 minutes of use and takes 5 hours to charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To maximize the run time you get out of the battery, use the appropriate speed for the job at hand. Lower speeds are ideal for cleaning off hard surfaces, like driveways, sidewalks, patios, or garages. Faster speeds are ideal for cleaning the leaves out of your grass and use more power to give you the blowing force needed to get the job done. Since most clean-up jobs will involve switching between lower and higher speeds, actual run time results will vary. I bought this to replace my corded leaf blower! I purchased a corded leaf blower about two seasons ago to supplement my cordless one that ran out of power before finishing the job.
It was a 20 volt but it did not have a lot of power, but was reliable. The corded one worked great with plenty of power but was limited to the length of the cord, which I knew when it was purchased. It was also a bit more trouble using because you had to unravel the 100’ cord and hook up to the blower, all factors taken in to account when purchasing.
I was satisfied doing this and the power it provided until one day I smelled burning and shortly there after noticed sparks coming from inside the housing, caused by the motor. Then everything stopped not to start again. I suspect it was a bearing failure.
After reading reviews about the Worx turbo blower I decided to give it a try. It does the job very well! It has plenty of power and the battery life is more than enough to get the job done with power to spare.
I only need the lower power setting to accomplish the task and only use the higher setting sparely and still have power left over.
I have purchased several Worx products and have been very satisfied with them. One of my products had a defective motor under warrantee and Worx replaced it without hesitation.
I recommend this product and others as well. Thank you Worx for your product research and Developement. I will consider you for future products purchase, especially since all products share the same batteries!

Don't hesitate

So I've got these blowers from other manufacturers, corded, and they are OK but dragging a cord around is a pain. This baby does at least if not better job and you can run around in your track shoes if you want. Even on the low setting it is surprisingly powerful and of course run time is extended. If you want to strangle your shurbs and have the cord get stuck under tires, stay with old tech. If you want to kick tail in minutes, get this machine, you will not be disappointed.

Use it on light snow, leaves and wood working dust

Have had since the spring and use this blower for everything. Took care of the last snow, then a garden box sanding project, followed by yard clipping all summer, and now keeping the deck clean while I sand/stain it
