Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last fall, but did not have a chance to use it until this fall. I too was very disappointed that the battery life is not longer than 10 - 12 minutes. I have three 20 volt batteries and it still does not get very much of my yard done. I will be contacting your company regarding purchasing at least one of the longer lasting batteries. And depending on the price maybe more than one.

The blowers are the most energy-consuming, and you can expect about 10 minutes from them at high speeds. The only way to counteract the run-time is to purchase high-capacity batteries that will double and triple the run-time on your tools. You can check those out here:

The blower does a very good job and the run time allows me to do the whole job with a charge

Very nice blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this several times since I got it. It's fairly light and has a good blower on it. Does good on a battery charge. Works great for me and what I want it for. Blowing sidewalks and leaves off lawn.
I really like the fact that it uses the same battery as my other WORX tools. Edger
and vacum. So far I really like the WORX brand.

We bought this blower about month or so ago and we absolutely love it. Works great, so much easier to blow away grass debris than sweeping! We are saving so much in time and energy. Should have bought this long time ago.

After a month of reading reviews we decided to purchase a worx yesterday to test it out, I must say I'm impressed (not an easy task). It does everything it claims to do, light weight, power, easy to use. Keep up the good work.

The handle does not adjust

I just bought this and the handle does not adjust. I have tried to figure this out how to get it in the upright position but so far is not working. So far not impressed. May take it back. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get this to adjust I may change my review but so far not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are having trouble with the tool. To change the angle of the handle, you can put your foot on the safety guard, for leverage, and either push up or down to change the angle of the handle. You can also call our customer service line and we will be glad to assist you step by step on how to get this resolved and also answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
