Love the blower. I just received it last week. It is supposed to have a 3hr charge but im lucky to get 15 minutes and then the battery dies. I tried the new battery and my 2 older batteries and get the same result. Is my blower defective? Should I return a request a replacement?
I would recommend this to a friend!

This blower will have a runtime of 7-15 minutes with a 2.0AH battery. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional high-capacity battery, such as the 4.0Ah, 5.0Ah, or 8.0Ah batteries. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect piece of equipment for women. My hands are weak but I am able to change the spool. That was a big one for me. Other weed eaters were difficult to change the string. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it won't cut really thick stuff. But it was not designed for that. I love this weadeatrr and would recommend to anyone. This is my second purchase of a Worx product

Usually like Worx products, but I have battery or charger problems with this purchase. Charged 1st battery & seemed OK; but after that I can’t get either battery to take a charge. This charger does not have functional charging lights that announce status (red/green/flashing green) like my other 5 chargers do. I’m hoping to get some relief on this as the two batteries provided were a major factor in my decision to purchase this package.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This trimmer/edger is a replacement for an older model that I still use. Really like the smaller battery pack and how easy it is to adjust between trimming and edging with a lock to keep in place.
