Appreciate the Improvements

We received this the first week in May. Really like the detachable wheels and ease with which you can switch the angle of the trimmer head. The two batteries make it easy to trim the entire yard at one time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve had my trimmer edger going on my 3rd summer. Got it when I saw how great a neighbors yard looked. Now 4 or 5 of us on my block have one. Can’t say enough positive things about it. Easy to use. Batteries are great. Results are outstanding. Anyone who needs an easy reliable way to trim and edge their lawn should have one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tough and reliant

Gentlemen, this is the fifth trtimmer I've had since I moved to this house fifteen years ago. Usually I spend most of my trimming time replacing the string and in most cases having to rewind same. The first time I used my Worx trimmer and edger I spent the whole afternoon without having to replace the string or drag out a 100 ft extension cord as I used to do with my previous trimmers and my edger.
And, after two weeks of intensive trimming and having to order new string I got another delightful surprise when I found out about the string for life plan. Great work, great product - I'll recommend it to anyone.

Easy to use and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My trimmer came with a 40v battery. It is very powerful and easy to use. The trimming cord feeds out without a problem and had more than enough power to do all the trimming for my yard.

Spunky little tool

I bought this tool primarily to do edge work on my overgrown centipede turf. I like the power and weight of the tool but the plastic trimmer line is not quite durable enough to eat through overgrown turf. I replaced the the line on a depleted spool with a heavier gauge twine and the trimmer zipped right through the heavy turf. Now that I’ve worked through the neglected maintenance this tool along with the standard line should be sufficient to maintain a nice manicured edge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this wastes line....

Every time you pull the trigger it releases more line. it wastes line and your spools run out too fast. bad design. why is there a command feed button when it releases more line every time you pull the trigger? you will go through a lot of line and spools, what a waste. so basically, you need to pull the trigger and let it run constantly while you move from spot to spot in the yard or you are wasting the line. WORX should have explained this in their advertisements. makes command feed irrelevant.
maybe next model they will get smart and figure out that it should only feed more line when you press command feed button. unbeleiveable.
