[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this charger for several months now and I wanted to use this a few times before i wrote my review. This charger was so much better and faster than my old one. I was able to charge my car in about four and a half hours.

Nimble EV charger that will exceed expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What the Schumacher SC1455 does, it does well. There are no needless features (WiFi, Bluetooth, timers, etc.) that distract from the device’s purpose. What you can expect is a hearty, heavy gauge cable and high-quality plugs that attach with firmness and confidence. The extra-long 28-foot cord is really helpful to navigate the charger to your car instead of the opposite.
I originally had consulted an electrician to install hardwired level 2 charging in my home but the quote was extremely high (because of a large distance between my circuit box and my garage). The Schumacher SC1455 solved this problem as an efficient, easy, and cost-effective level 2 solution (which charges twice the speed as level 1) all in one. Although I don’t get hardwired charging, using my 120V 15A wall outlet fully charges my car’s near depleted 24 KwH battery between eight or nine hours. The portability and universal outlet options also make this a great spare to keep in my car for peace of mind that I won’t ever be stranded while in unfamiliar places.
This is the highest quality charging cord I have seen and surpasses even the OEM equivalents I have used. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charger is amazing and I take it anywhere that I'm going. I charge up my car fast from any outlet. It has a great built-in protection feature to protect the charger. and more importantly, my car. The LEDs help me know the exact status of my vehicles battery charge. Lastly, I love the long 28 foot cord. It allows me to plug-in anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schumacher EVSE is a reliable L1, L2 charging system for EVs. It plugs into the Nissan Leaf, delivering 1 KWH via a standard 120V 15A garage outlet. My 24 KWH battery recharges in 8-10 overnight hours. Its sturdy wire is coated with protective rubber. High-quality plugs on both ends ensure years of use. The one thing I'd love for this to have is features such as Bluetooth, Wifi, or on/off timers. All in all still impressed with the functionality and simplicity this charger has with statuses based off the status of the charged vehicle. Would recommend!
