Great bed, tricky assembly

I love the bed, but the bed parts are not labeled and if you don’t read ahead on the instructions before beginning it’s very easy to get the wrong pieces in the wrong places and have to go back and reassemble them. Some pieces have pre drilled holes, but look identical to others, and if you don’t flip them around it’s easy to get them confused or facing the wrong direction.

When got my bunk bed it was all dented and chipped had scratches Don't know if it came like that or the delivery guy did it

Box came all tore up and could barely read the instructions due to being all tore up but will work for what I need it for.

Item has 2 pieces with crack

It looks good but I can’t assemble it with the cracks. One part looks like the wood crack can cause a fall from the upper side of the bunk bed
