[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this item in December 2025. We have continuing service issues with the functionality of the control board. We had one replaced control board which is malfunctioning and awaiting another control board replacement.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the cooktop. It's easy to select the right cooking temperature. The oven works fine. I had a little problem setting the timer- kept turning the oven off but I figured it out.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range and oven work ok. The oven light flickers after being above 350 for 30 minutes. Does this affect function? No, but when you pay this much for an appliance, you don’t want stupid issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range looks nice. Being stainless you of course see very fingerprint. I think at this price point it should come with a set of pots and pans ready for this induction unit. Many of the pans we have and love do not work and we have to buy replacements. I miss the drawer at the bottom that we used for storing baking sheets on our old range. Also, for some reason the oven light blink/flash if you leave them on while baking. Overall impression is that it's nice, but is it worth the price? Probably not.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has met or exceeded expectations but there are still features that we haven't used. A big part of that is that there really is no user manual that explains the various menus and baselines for them. What they call an owners manual is primarily installation instructions. There is a quick start guide and some instructions that come with the air fryer basket, but that is it. At the very least there should be a proper manual online available as a *.pdf for download but there is no such thing. Having one available would definitely make it easier for the new owner to use all of the features available.
Come on, do you not have any technical writers on staff?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have asthma and didn’t want the gas fumes… Got some new pots and pans to add to ones I already had. The induction top is truly fantastic… Get’s hot quick… turns off and stops heating just like gas and cleaning the glass is super easy… much easier than cleaning gas…. Extra bonus… turns off automatically when you remove the pan!
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the 30” induction range about 2 months ago. We’ve owned the downdraft ranges, and this was our first indication range. It was interesting to see how the different pots and pans worked on the range, as I did find a variation (of course all had to be magnetic). I found the temperature control to be quite good, quicker and more exacting once I got the hang of it. I’m sure the learning curve will continue.
I found the upgrade in the convection oven to be substantial. Very even heat, easily controlled and it seemed the components were of higher caliber the my previous models (door, handles and shelving) I am enjoying it quite a bit at the moment.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
