MEDIUM FIRM, BUT GIVE TO PRESSURE POINTS. CONFORMS TO EACH PRESSURE POINT FOR SIDE SLEEPERS. VERY COMFORTABLE, YET NOT TOO SOFT.

I was a bit skeptical at first to order a mattress without trying it out first but I have been pleasantly impressed. It is just the right amount of firm needed and has improved some back issues I had going on
