[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiance, who like the plushier beds, and I, that like the firmer beds, both have a great night's sleep with this hybrid bed! Perfect blend of support while being plushy and feels like it countors to your body. We've been sleeping on this for over a month and every night feels just as comfortable as the first.

So glad I got this mattress. Perfect balance of comfort. Not too soft or hard. My back and hips don’t hurt anymore.

The shipping was fast. The bed was easy enough for 2 people to get out of its box. This is a bed for a guest room, but I still took it for a test run one night and it was very comfortable. I’d say it’s nice, supportive mattress that’s on the firmer side.

So far,I’m loving it, bought this to help with my bad back, after 45+ yrs of construction, and one minor back operation, I needed something better to sleep on. At my wife’s insistence, I quit complaining and bought my Serta. It cut deep into my motorcycle parts and trip fund , but WELL Worth it 👍.

Serta has e-mailed me twice asking me to share my thoughts. I typically wouldn't reply in this manner, but it appears that they really want my review.
My mattress arrived in a timely manner, around March 16, 2024, and I am typing this on April 22, 2024. It seems comfortable enough. Unfortunately, just about every morning since then, I've woken up with a sore back. Often this is slightly before I'd have preferred to wake up.
I've never had previous back issues; before this mattress, only camping equipment (like sleeping on the ground or on a simple cot) would induce the same effect.
This said, I'm hopeful that the situation will improve on its own.
