Serta has e-mailed me twice asking me to share my thoughts. I typically wouldn't reply in this manner, but it appears that they really want my review.
My mattress arrived in a timely manner, around March 16, 2024, and I am typing this on April 22, 2024. It seems comfortable enough. Unfortunately, just about every morning since then, I've woken up with a sore back. Often this is slightly before I'd have preferred to wake up.
I've never had previous back issues; before this mattress, only camping equipment (like sleeping on the ground or on a simple cot) would induce the same effect.
This said, I'm hopeful that the situation will improve on its own.

So far,I’m loving it, bought this to help with my bad back, after 45+ yrs of construction, and one minor back operation, I needed something better to sleep on. At my wife’s insistence, I quit complaining and bought my Serta. It cut deep into my motorcycle parts and trip fund , but WELL Worth it 👍.

The shipping was fast. The bed was easy enough for 2 people to get out of its box. This is a bed for a guest room, but I still took it for a test run one night and it was very comfortable. I’d say it’s nice, supportive mattress that’s on the firmer side.

It doesn’t feel too soft or firm. I’m already getting better sleep! Very important to get a good quality mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this mattress out but I was really disappointed. To be fair, it was easy to remove and setup but it's incredibly uncomfortable. You can actually feel the hard springs in your back when you lay down and the top feels lumpy...not a pleasant feeling. Sadly, I would not recommend.
