First and last time buying any of the minifigure series. I purchased 3 of these 6 pack boxes thinking it would increase my odds of collecting all 12 of the minifigures. I eagerly opened the first box of 6 and was pleased to have gotten She-Hulk, Kate, Hawkeye, Mr. Moon, Moon Knight, and Goliath. I was satisfied and relieved none were duplicates. I moved on and opened the 2nd pack of 6. The first 3 were Mr. Moon, Kate, and Moon Knight. I’ll be honest I was a little annoyed and thought to myself “well that sucks, what are the odds?” I opened the last 3 and got She-Hulk, Hawkeye, and Goliath. All duplicates from the first box of 6. I stayed optimistic and hoped the last box of 6 would be different. I was shocked when I opened the last box of 6 and got once again the same 6 figures. Bad luck? Maybe. More like a scam to get loyal customers to keep buying these and waste their money!
I understand the risk there is when you purchase these “random selected” character packs, but it is completely unacceptable to have duplicated figures not in just the second box I received but also in the third! Lego is falsely advertising these minifigure packs to their customers by describing the packs as, “Each pack contains a random selection of 6 Marvel characters…” in their product description. This is completely unacceptable, and I do not recommend purchasing these characters unless you are looking for duplicates because that’s what you’ll end up receiving.

Only buy 1

Like most people, I purchased 2 boxes hoping there would be “some” variation. Unfortunately, I got the same 6 figures twice. It’s a good buy for getting half of the set, but if you buy more, you now have duplicates that you’ll probably need to resell. These boxes are just bad. Go back to the polybags. You know how frustrating it is to but 36 and are still missing one? It’s very frustrating. I just want the complete set. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Inaccurate description of “random selection”

I bought two boxes in the hopes that I would mainly get no duplicates. Unfortunately like many of the other reviews, I got two of the exact same sets (werewolf, Agatha, etc.) The website description literally says that the box contains 6 randomly selected minifigures, but the reviews and my experience show the opposite. I will not be buying a six pack again, it just goes to show the decrease in quality of lego recently. I will be deterring others from buying this as well so not to cause disappointment, just risk finding open ones in stores.

Three characters per box of Six Minifigures

Poor value, we were excited to receive these, but after opening the third box of our order (6 minifigures each) we only received 6 unique characters from the total of 18 purchased minifigures. Lego absolutely has the ability to control inventory for these assortments as they have for all previous 6 character minifigure box sets, but now they've changed the packaging to cardboard instead of baggies and done away with fair collecting. Why? Unknown, but it was really disappointing opening the third and fourth of the same figures. My daughter immediately lost interest. Is that the impression you'd like to leave your customers with?

You would expect when purchasing the maximum number of sets allowed you would receive both sets of 6. Very disappointing opening to say the least.

I bought 2 boxes and got the same 6 figures in both boxes. The 3 figs i really wanted were not in them. Waste of money. do not buy.

boxes are very fixed, three boxes and all minifigures came out in the same order as previous box(moon knight,mr.knight,echo,she hulk,kate,hawkeye), terrible business operations.

I think it is unfair that YouTubers get full boxes guaranteed to get all figured yet Lego can’t give US the customers the full boxes
