Fun set that fits for many situations

Had my eye on this set for a while - it looks great and would fit for a wide variety of uses. Winter villages, general play, modular cities, etc. The tree design is great - I left a little space between the two leaf sections on a couple so they could be offset.
I do like discovering the small details the designers incorporate but sometimes I wonder why they bury them? It is neat when the structure in a set looks like it would in actual construction, but I guess in this case they're setting it up for a cross with a Friends character with a metal detector to find the coins? :)
It does feel really solid and I'm glad I picked this one up.
