Buyer beware

What a disappointment! I was a little skeptical of the “bed in a box” concept but I bought the mattress that was a few steps above the bottom, so I thought it would be okay. I’m only 180 lbs and it’s just me sleeping on it but about a month after sleeping on it, it’s already started to sag. If I find myself slightly out of “the hole”, my body is fighting to avoid falling back in—I sleep on my side and my perception is that my position is not secure.
The online purchase was easy and the delivery was super quick—-no problem there. I previously had a Serta but it had inner springs. It lasted 11 years, although the last two of those years were a struggle to keep it comfortable. I just hope Serta will work with me to find a reasonable solution, as I am well within their 120 day guarantee.

More plush than described

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It comfortable but definitely more plus than I expected. The bed was ready in an hour after opening the box. No harsh smell like other bed in the boxes. It's overall comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love gel mattresses and this mattress is amazing with gel memory foam love sinking in it for maximum comfort and a good night sleep it is super easy to assemble unfolded really well and is quite breathable unlike my previous mattress which is amazing nothing bad to talk about it its just superb my kids love sleeping in as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress ces rolled up in a nice sturdy box. It also had a cutter inside for the plastic so you don't have to worry about cutting the mattress at all while opening. I got such a good night's sleep on this mattress, best I have had in a while.

I did not realize what I was missing until I slept on this cloud. So comfortable, It cradles the body to provide just the right amount of firmness. It's plush without being too soft. The gel in the mattress also helped me stay cool, all night long. The best part of this mattress? It comes in a box. Front door delivery of my bed? Yes please! You just follow the directions and open the box and unfurl the mattress on the platform. That's it! You are now ready for the slumber of your dreams. I am very satisfied with this mattress.

I had a pillow-top mattress previously and I was so uncomfortable with it, it wasn't providing the support I needed. This mattress was great from the beginning, I loved how easily it was delivered to the house...in a box. We let the mattress sit out for a few days before using it so that it would fluff up a little, due to being in the box. It was great, the comfort is unreal. You will be so happy with the the comfort of this mattress, it is so amazing. I haven't slept this good in years, great brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress came very well packaged and rolled up. It took about 2 hours for the mattress to inflate to original shape and form. The mattress is a great quality. There were no snags, tears, or any flaws upon arrival. The memory foam is just enough for support and I like that I don't feel as if I'm sinking far into the mattress. It is a very thick mattress and after setting it on my box spring it was much too high for the pets to jump on. I love the mattress sp much I decided to just purchase steps for the pets!
