Living a busy life with 3 kids

As a parent of 3 kids, I was very interested in a hands free pump but it just wasn't in our budget, especially as I already have an amazing pump (Medela Freestyle flex). When I had the chance to test out the hands free collection cups from Medela as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was so excited. And they did not disappoint.
I was able to discreetly pump while driving, at home while puttering around, and at the cottage with friends. The cups fit in my nursing bras and tanks, and were very easy to use and save me time.
The instructions made my first use an easy transition from my regular set-up. Pouring the milk out took a little practice to avoid any spilling, but after a few attempts, I feel like a pro. I can pump the same amount using these as I typically get, and cleaning has been quick.
I have already recommended them to a few friends!

Lightweight and easy to use collection cups

I was given this breast pump accessory to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
I use it with my Madela freestyle handsfree pump. The collection cups are so easy to use and assemble. It is lightweight when I wear them and I can easily conceal them under my shirt. What I like most is the easy cleaning and having only 3 parts to clean just makes my pumping routine easier. I rave about this pump and collection cups to other pumping moms.

Great for busy moms

As a mom of a busy one year old, these hands-free cups definitely make it easier to pump during the day. They’re comfortable in my bra, they’re super easy to clean (though sometimes a bit hard to take apart), and my favourite thing about them is that they come with a tubing adapter so I can use them with the main unit of my other Medela pump! They’re very easy to put together and use, and they only consist of three separate parts. I find they are not the most discreet while I’m wearing them (I’m fairly large-chested and they stick out quite a bit), but I only pump at home so it’s not a problem for me. They also come with two different flange sizes (21mm and 24mm) which I appreciated.
The biggest downside for me is that they do only have a 5oz capacity, and as an over-producer I sometimes have to empty them out mid-pump. If they had larger capacity size options they would definitely be a 5 star product for me.

Pumping Freedom!

I was given this breast pump accessory to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and couldn’t wait to try them. I have been pumping a lot to feed my 3 month old baby and was looking forward to the convenience of being hands free. These cups did not disappoint! They only have 3 parts so they are very easy to assemble and clean! So far I have used them daily for 3 weeks and overall they have saved me so much time which I can now spend with my baby instead of being stuck cleaning many pump parts. They are effective, easy to use and I find the amount of milk that I’m pumping is greater than with other flanges. I’m so happy with this product and will continue to use throughout my pumping journey.

A Must Buy Breast Pump Accessory

These cups are nothing short of life changing. I thought I hated pumping because it was so time consuming and tedious to set up and clean, but the Medela cups completely changed my opinion. They are so EASY to use. You can put them together in 2 clicks, attach them to your pump, place them in any bra and you're good to go. They literally take seconds to assemble and put on your body, and then you can go about your day. Do laundry, clean the house, work on your computer, a hands free dream! When the cups are full, you pop them out of your bra, pour into a bottle, and then rinse and sterilize if needed. DONE! I went from complaining about pumping and forcing myself to do it every few days, to doing it three times in one day when these cups were sent to me. I can't recommend these cups enough. My only complaint is that they weren't brought to market earlier on in my breastfeeding journey. These will be my #1 product for the next baby. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this breast pump accessory.

These are amazing

I absolutely loved these cups! I wish I had them with my first born, because they are a game changer with my second! I can do almost anythingr with them safety secured, pumping away! I even was able to go to a wedding and pump in a quiet corner and nobody knew what I was doing! They are so discreet. The cups themself are easy to put on, they have great suction so I found I got a lot of milk. Also, because I was able to do more, I actually forgot I was pumping and I almost believe the amount of milk I pumped before was a mental thing, because I seem to pump more Milk with these cups as I’m not focused on pumping! They are also easy to clean, so that’s a plus! I love the Medela hands free collection cups!
My only suggestion would be to include more flange sizes. It only has two options, I could see that being an issue for some, but for me, these are amazing and I would 10/10 recommend these to any nursing or pregnant momma out there!

Wouldn't stop leaking

I really wanted to like these cups, I had been wanting to buy a hands free pump and the idea of being able to use my current pump was amazing (less clutter and cheaper). The cups were really easy to clean and fit nicely in my nursing bra. BUT no matter how nice those things are the pump needs to support the basic function of holding milk and it did not do that.
The pump leaked from the bottom seam where you connect the two parts. I tried many times to get it to shut differently and it would always give a satisfying click (just like the Medela instructional video suggested). Then as soon as I pumped or poured water through it, it would leak all along the bottom seam.

Amazing hands free collection cups

These hands free collection cups are an amazing tool for any pumping mama. I love how you do not have to purchase a whole new pump and that these are an accessory to your current medela pump. They were easy to assemble and attach and I loved how they fit in my current bras and control tops. Another great reason to get these cups as you do not need to purchase a new bra! Before I had these cups I was somewhat stuck on what activities I could do while pumping but with these collection cups I could actually multitask around the house and move freely. They are very easy to assemble and clean, I would highly recommend! These hands free collection cups were received through the stellar product testing panel.
