Purchased this July 2023 and for the price and what I had been told generally about medella brand, I expected this to last for some years. We are in Feb 2025, barely 2 years, and this machine will not suction anymore.
Apart from its ease of use, there is nothing else recommendable about this pump. Suction is mediocre and I guess quality is not the greatest since it didn't last for that long. Only a years warranty for the price is jot worth it, go for something less cheaper that will do the same.work.

Not worth it

I regret purchasing this pump—it is definitely not worth the price. For such an expensive product, I expected it to perform well, but it has been frustrating from the start. The tubing constantly needs adjusting because the suction doesn’t work properly. When I try to use both pumps at the same time, the suction is so weak that I end up only using one side at a time just to get results. But that completely defeats the purpose of a double pump and makes the process take much longer.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this pump. For the cost, I expected reliability and efficiency, but instead it has become more of a hassle than a help. I’m honestly tired of using it and wish I had chosen a different option.

When we turn On then it creates vibration voice and after 30 minutes it pauses and cannot turn On without plug 🔌 electric charge after 15 minutes

Don’t buy this pump

Would not recommend this pump. It worked fine (but never great) at first but 8 months in really struggles to get proper suction and I have replaced all major parts. If you are looking for a mobile pump suggest going with the newer technology where the motor is in your bra since this one is clunky to wear around, was too bulky to wear while holding my baby when he was a newborn and now that he is older is very appealing for him to grab on to and try to rip out the tubing, and the buttons easily get turned off accidentally when you are just walking around. Overall has just added stress and annoyance to pumping and I have ended up ordering a different pump.

I’ve been using this for about six weeks. While it works reasonably well, I’ve had ongoing issues with the seal after washing and drying. When reassembling, it doesn’t always seal properly, which causes a loss of suction. Although it’s advertised as a 3-piece wash, the seal really needs to be removed for drying; otherwise it stays damp and affects suction performance.
The motor is also louder than expected and produces noticeable vibration. Additionally, the cups are quite bulky and not very discreet when worn inside a bra.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
