An Upgrade

I was using the Medela Sonata my sisters had and wanted something smaller and lighter since my newborn was a preemie and not latching for the first month. This model has been an upgrade. I can put it in my baby bag, I don't have spill issues like I did with the sonata, lifting and holding baby are much easier with how compact this pump is. Highly recommend.

The suction doesn’t work on both sides!

I had medela freestyle before and was happy with the product. Got the freestyle flex two weeks ago from Best Buy as it was told to be lighter and stronger than it’s previous version. The product is broken. After turning on the pump, the suction on one side drops to nothing after a second. It is basically useless. I tried this on battery and while connected to power. It’s really frustrating when you have few minutes in between your work to pump and then having a very poor quality product which is not doing what it’s supposed to do!!! Very disappointed after spending $500 on something that is useless.

Good for portability

Light weight pump overall and quiet which is good. However, the suction is not as good as the Sonata. But it does the job for a pump on-the-go & pumping at work

This pump is just nothing but terrible. Gave me more clogged ducts than breastmilk! The suction is a joke, even when you set it on the highest setting it still barely gets milk out. I bought this so I can double pump but it can’t even be used normally as a double pump bc one side just doesn’t do the job, it barely extracts any milk. It’s ok if you use it as a single pump, which defeats the purpose of getting a double pump! It’s bc of this pump that my breastfeeding journey was cut short bc I keep getting clogged ducts as I never really empty my breast using this pump. I hv to manually express it even after 30 mins of pumping. Just terrible Medela, terrible.

Bad product

Got it this week. Used it 4-5 times and it's glitching already. I couldn't do anything with the touch screen and couldn't get it to start... 500$ in the freaking trash. I hope there will be a group lawsuit over this.

I bought this after my cheap Amazon pump broke. I should have splurged and bought it from the start. No pump that I’ve used compares to this one. Full pump in 8 minutes, painless and connects via Bluetooth to phone for easy tracking. This pump has also helped increase my supply and my milk isn’t as watery as it used to be with my previous pump. BUY IT

Terrible pump

I exclusively pumped for two children with the Medela Freestyle with no issue. With my third, I decided to try this pump, which is a complete waste of money. It barely has any suction, and didn’t work at all. Caused me to have clogs. I had 5x the output when I went back to the freestyle. Save your money!

Battery damage

I bought this product 10 days ago on 18 august and today it’s battery life finished. I can only pump if battery is connected with charger. I had to sit with charger plugged in every time I pump.
So in my opinion this product is not worthy. Now I made a return.
