Do not buy!

This is a useless falsely advertised product. It is NOT hands free and certainly doesn’t work well as a pump. It only works when you hold the cups pressed into the breast which defeats the very purpose of the product being advertised as hands free. This is a bad product and would caution others from not spending $400 on it.

Died in four months

Worked as well as a hospital grade pump - except it only worked for four months, and then it died.
Extremely high price point for such a short life span.

Freestyle flex

Super happy with this double pump as someone who is exclusively pumping. Works as well as the hospital grade medela symphony and is great to not be attached to a machine. The battery life is good, would be ideal if it had a belt clip but you can easily tuck it in your pocket and use a hands free bra. Happy with the purchase overall!

Connectors are faulty

The connectors are faulty on the one we received which is a huge headache as it stops the unit from pumping milk. They do not close properly and the gasket does not stay sealed no matter what you do. I had to go buy $45 worth of replacement parts for a brand new pump because they were causing my wife to engorged as she wasn’t able to properly pump.

Disappointed in Best Buy, Good product

Extremely disappointed in Best Buy. And it’s return policy.
Warning, you can not return this product if the box is open.. but you need to open the box to learn if the product works or not.
Opened the box to use the pump, only to learn that I was unable to charge it.

Battery Issues

Purchased from Best buy few days ago! Delivery is fast but whoever delivered it had left it outside our house during extreme cold conditions without any notifications. Surprised to see my medela box without proper packaging. Disappointed that BEST BUY didn’t bother wrapping the medela box to protect it from unexpected weather conditions or theft! It could have been damage or lost if left outside for too long! This product is expensive and should at least be carefully delivered. When I opened the package, all accessories came with their own boxes inside the tote bag except for the pumping device itself which doesn’t look brand new to me. Turned the device on, looks fully charged but after 3 pumping sessions, the battery died! Even after fully charging it again I am still having issues with the battery. Felt betrayed because as per product description, it should be 8 pumping session! Total lie!

The pump itself is great

The Medela freestyle flex pump is working great, although the PersonalFit Flex Connectors aren’t working that well for me. They have been making a burping sound and don’t always suction great, I can hear air leaking when the pump suction starts. I have multiple sets but after one month of using them this started which is unfortunate considering the price.
