Requires multiple unplug and replugs to start charging, but now I think it's dead

Terribly frustrating! Now on my second unit doing exactly the same thing: It doesn't start charging when connected. Unplugging and reconnecting multiple times had eventually gotten it working, but now the block appears to be dead. I was able to get the first one replaced. but now I'm outside the 30 day return window. Awful! DO NOT BUY!

Great little (size) charger

Compact and powerful. Very well packed for shipping. Does not get very hot while charging.
My only issue with it: my Dell XPS-15 sees it as a 60 Watts PS instead of 120 Watts it should detect.
Still, the tiny size makes it perfect for travelling, even if it takes a bit longer to charge.

High-speed charging except..

Powerful charger, works well except that it will not be supported by some laptops due to proprietary charging modes. This is not a purely anker problem but it would be nice if this detail was more easily accessible prior to purchase.

I had it for two months now and it died on me as I went in to take a 9 hr exam. Un-believable...... AND THEY'RE STILL SELLING IT...
