Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have had back surgery and issues still with pain in back and hips. This is amazing!!!! It works great going up and down my back with different pressure setting. The heat is amazing also. The vibration setting hits the whole back area. I was in so much pain last night that I sat for 30 mins and it helped loosen up the muscles that were causing pain allowing me to have good night sleep. Love how it has different buttons easy to read and set. Best purchase ever!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Shiatsu Massage cushion everyday since I received it and I’m in love. First the set up was so simple and easy to use. Self explanatory even though it comes with instructions. Plug it in and put it somewhere you can be relaxed. This is one of the best vibrations messages you can receive right at home. I love that you can use the heat function with any of the other functions as well. Weather it’s upper back, lower back rolling and kneading everything is amazing. We all use it in our home from children to adults. I love that it’s set to run for 15 min straight. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who loves massages right at the comfort their own home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this hoMedics Shiatso and Kneading vibration and message cushion with heat and got to say this thing really gets to the sore muscles. I used it for the first time and the heated messages runs up and down your back and really gets in to the deep tissue, and the heat just makes it feel even better. At first it felt kinda hard going up and down the back but that is because it is really getting into the tissue that is tensed up. It reall y felt good after I was done. I ran it on message for awhile to relax it. It has a control with 3 back settings and heat and message. It is made out of really nice material so should last a while. It fits right in my recliner well. This is probably one of the best home messages I ever owned. Thanks for an awesome product HoMedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this cushion and was so disappointed once I did. It hurt when it was massaging my back to the point where I couldn't stand it anymore. It states it has heat but I didn't feel heat at all. So I can't really give any review on that part. The vibration does feel quite nice though!

Product was a disappointment

We purchased and returned the cushion within 48 hours because it did not work as it claimed to. The massage balls were very hard and painful, even on the lightest setting.
