[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used a back massager in so long, I feel like I was missing out. I get off work and use this and it feels amazing. It has multiple settings and a heating setting too. Normally back massager pads seem to not get deep enough. This one does the trick. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy that I got this because it helps relieve the stress and tension of the day while I am stuck at work. This kneads and makes you feel so good. It is great when you do not have time to go to a chiropractor or massage therapist. We all use it daily and will continue to until the day it dies.

We really love your products and had a vibrating but NOT a shiatsu back mat. That was our absolute favorite! Sadly, we lost our homes and personal items in the LNU fire of 2020 in Vacaville, California. Unfortunately, we find the new device (shiatsu) extremely painful. I was unable to find the vibrating mat with the heating system on your website. I assume you stopped producing it. When you or if you again produce this item, please let us know, I will purchase.
