It massages with vibration and/or kneading Shiatsu, with a hand controller to choose upper, lower, or full back. It also has soothing heat to relax fatigued muscles. This is a great investment for comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion is just wonderful! I have problem muscles in my back. I used to use a heating pad when my back was bothering me, but not any longer. The HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion is now the answer. It works on my couch or office chair and provides a soothing massage WITH heat! The cushion has adjustable settings to easier target specific areas of my back. Did I mention it has heat too? If you have, or know someone that has back problems, this could be the answer. Y’all should give this product a go!

The massage ball is incredible with the move moves and gives you that pressure and your whole back, bottom to top. The heating is very good, gets warm quickly. Love it and the kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Homedics Shiatsu Kneading & Vibration Massage Cushion with Heat. This is perfect to take anywhere. I placed on my office chair and use it while working on my computer. The massage cushion provides deep massage that rolls up and down your back. You can also turn on the heat for a even more comforting and soothing feeling. It is a great design and high quality. I love that it comes with a remote control that you can just press the button to select the diffferent massage and heat settings.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and all I can say is it's okay. I had bout an older version of this seat about six years ago and was much happier with that one. The new one is more compact which makes it less awkward to lean back against but is lacking in the coverage area the old one covered. The vibration on the old one was actually apart of the kneading balls which was much more effective where as the new one is just a weak vibration in the frame of the chair. Think I'm going to try to fix the old one as I'm definately not that impressed with the new one. New one is also lacking in options in the remote also. Doubt I would ever buy another one. I bragged the old one up and convinced other people to buy them but apparently Homedics is like every other company and charges the same price for a cheaper made inferior product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome product! I got this product for my back, it performs Fantastic. After a long day I come home I sit on it and let it do its work. From upper to lower to middle of my back it gets the knots out and makes my back feel rejuvenated I highly recommend to anyone looking for a very good quality product that does what it should two thumbs up.
