Set up and SHE BLOWS some cool air! Was able to set up to my phone easy.. to Alexa .. we are working on it.
Cooled off 650 sq ft main floor! Very quiet.. no complaints so far.
Was delivery for free next day.

Honeywell ac unit

Great unit! Easy to set up wifi connectivity works great! Cools quickly fast cranks out some really cold air! Worth the extra money compared to cheaper brands/models. Definitely grabbing one more while they’re still in stock before the summer rush comes.

100% Terrible Tube parts + But good A/C

-The A/C itself is fine. BUT the tubing parts are 100% TERRIBLE:
-1) Tube's end piece (which slides into A/C vents #1 & 2): you have to screw into the threads & "hope for a miracle" that it will stick together. Even completely in, the smallest nudge and it falls apart.
I had to scotch tape it together to keep it reliable, terrible experience.
-2) Tube isn't long enough for normal window heights. I found out after trying everything.
I had to find a sturdy table to raise the height of the A/C so the tube could reach the (not high) window.
-3) Minor detail: These 2 dual hose tube's are individually harder to extend than my previous single hose A/C model tubes, and 3X louder while extending.
I don't mind this since its a one time thing, but it also means the tubes don't flex easily AT ALL when you want to roll the A/C around a bit left & right.
I had to scotch tape it together to keep it reliable, terrible experience.

Too short hose

I tried to install to my window but failed. The vent hoses length only 1.2 m max stretched. As I read installation manual, extension hose is not recommended. I have to install the bracet vertically and the hose length is too short. I doubt how many windows can fit this product. The hoses should be at least 1.5 m to 1.8 m as we should install the bracet vertically.

The hoses are short and I need to buy extensions. And the cooling system is bad. Five mins cooling and change to fans by itself I even don’t know how to fix

Good, but tough installation

Pros:
Good sound level. Can watch TV and have it on at the same time
Strong brand name behind the device so higher confidence regarding quality
Dual hose design so works more efficiently than cheaper single hose variant
WiFi app works well and integrates well into Google Home system for voice control

Cons:
Hoses are tough to install into their collars
Hoses are too short for many condo windows (had to place the unit on a 1ft high table to permit hoses to reach the window)
Hose is only extendable to 4ft - Not possible to have longer hoses.
Budget a small table and also perhaps some caster cups to stop it from rolling off)
Window kit is okay if you have horizontal or vertical sliding windows. For casement style, you'll have to buy a kit, or have something custom made to accommodate the hose connections.
Draws more current than smaller units, so don't even think about plugging it into a power bar, or it will trip constantly, or catch fire! Instructions stipulate to plug it directly into a dedicated wall outlet (no other devices on circuit), and not to use an extension cord.

Low noise and cool down temperature quickly .

There are many portable AC brand in the market, the reason we choose Honeywell because it is a very old brand and can be trusted, we don't want something will have leaking or suddenly not working problems. After 2 weeks use, it cool down our space immediately and no annoying noise, no regret !!

Disappointing

The product arrived damaged - as I was taking it out of the box, the plastic lifting handle snapped. It's poorly designed as there are screws holding everything together but the plastic fails holding up 80 lbs of weight. Additionally, this is difficult to return because you need plastic tensioned straps to hold the package together.
Finally, as other reviewers have mentioned, the hoses are very short. Although I didn't get it setup, it seems like a 1-2 ft platform is a necessity to hook this air conditioner up to a window.
