Smart Feature is Idiotic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the system, it ran for one day. Could sense the improvement in the room. System shut down. Could not restart manually. Purifier will not function without app. Returned without a problem awaiting refund credit. Would love this item if It would only run manually. I made up my mind to spend money on an air purifier, I don't need an app. to make me crazy with information overload. Have recieved 25 E mails, in one month. Do I really need an app. dinging at me 24-7, about my air quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean air but pricey and unreliable.

The units do a great job of cleaning the air and the design is fabulous, But the units and the filters are both very expensive. I have am on my second one which I am currently having trouble with. I feel for the price they should last longer than 3 years. And my refurbished one only last one year. But technically support is very helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the air mini about 30 days ago to use in my bedroom primarily due to pet dander. We have 2 dogs and one sheds alot (part golden retriever). I was waking up every morning with a stuffy nose and my sleep was disturbed at night as my nose got stuffy. Within 3 days i noticed a complete difference in air quality. I no longer have a stuffy nose when I awake, and the amount of dust/dander in my bedroom is down about 75% (i have black nightstands so you can readily see any dog hair). I will be purchasing add'l units for a couple of other rooms in our house.
I would recommend this to a friend!
