Can't tell as much of a difference as hoped.

I bought a couple Minis to replace my previous HEPA purifiers because of the wonderful reviews and positive things I had read about the Peco technology. My little older home has a history of mold and a lot of dust/pollen makes its way indoors. The neighbors love to burn things, so smoke also comes in often. I have dust, smoke, and pollen allergies. As long as I'm close to a purifier, they help when there is smoke (I can still catch a whiff of it but my congestion is helped). As far as the mold, dust and pollen go, I can't say I notice much of a difference in terms of my symptoms. Maybe a little, but nothing significant and definitely no more than with the previous purifiers I used. I still sneeze, cough, and have significant congestion regularly even when I've been sitting right next to one running at level 3 all day. Maybe that's not an accurate indicator of how well it's working; maybe the levels of allergens in my home are just far too high or I'm just extremely sensitive and nothing will help -- I'm not sure. I guess I had high hopes that some of my allergy symptoms would be relieved more with this purifier than with others I've tried. While I truly hope and would like to believe these are making my air healthier (especially when it comes to the mold), it definitely doesn't feel like it most of the time. It's a really high expense for purifiers/replacement filters that I'm just 'hoping' are doing something.I have also had a heck of a time getting the purifiers open to replace filters. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but gosh, sometimes (especially one of them.. so maybe I just got a dud) they're a huge challenge to turn and I nearly have to use my whole body to accomplish it. Pros: The look is very clean and fits in nicely with my decor. I love the handle, so carrying is easier when necessary (when the pandemic first started, I would take it along when I visited my parents). They're relatively quiet. The 1 and 2 settings are extremely quiet. At level 3 I can hear pretty much all of my surroundings as well. It gets a little tougher to hear other things once you move up to 4 or 5, so I only use those when I'm not sitting nearby or when smoke is heavy. I like the app and being able to control the speed remotely as well as being able to see how much life is left on my filters.

I am now purchasing my 3rd Mini Pro. I live in an apartment, and 5 years ago a couple moved into the apartment above me. One smokes and the other vapes. I soon started having problems with reoccurring bronchitis (10 or more episodes per year), and after two years was diagnosed with COPD because of the constant exposure. I also noticed that my heart rate went into the 120s only when I was in my apartment. I bought 2 other types of air purifiers, but they didn’t make a difference. Even though I am on disability and have very little disposable income, I researched and found Molekule purifiers might help. I bought the first one 2 1/2 years ago and immediately noticed a difference. My heart rate started staying in a normal range of 70 and was having less episodes of bronchitic. I was moving my purifier nightly into my bedroom, so I ended up buying a second one so that both my living room and bedroom air was constantly being filtered. I no longer dread staying in my apartment. It has truly made a difference in my health. I no longer constantly cough when in my apartment and have bronchitis only a couple times per year since I purchased the second one. I am now buying a third one as I travel and like taking one with me as I notice within 24 hours how much more difficult it is for me to breathe if I don’t have it with me. I couldn’t be happier with the Molekule purifier and recommend it to everyone, especially those with allergies or lung problems. Yes it is more expensive than many other brands, but that’s because it actually works and makes a huge improvement to air quality. Think of it as an investment in improving your health, as that’s exactly what it does.

We purchased this as a line of defense for our son who has Cystic Fibrosis and it has been a great addition. We are now getting another for our daughters room.

Have had mine for 4 years and love it! I live in a big city that is always keeping me guessing, so I love how safe I feel knowing my Molekule is keeping my home’s air quality healthy for me and my family.

I have an old home, built in the 1950s that we renovated, and despite the new materials it still had a funky smell (I live in South Louisiana where it's constantly humid and things don't dry out). So I chose to invest in this and the full-sized Air, and within a week the smell was gone. I had tried other purifiers, air fresheners, etc. with no luck -- so for me, this was definitely worth it. Bonus points for the look: I'm very conscious about the design of my home, and this purifier doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. We keep the Air in our living room/kitchen area, and the mini in our bedroom for extra filtering. It's expensive but worth it!
