Best Air Purifier!

I now own 4 Molekule Mini+ units and 3 Molekule Air units so the whole house is covered. I love them. Everyone who comes to visit overnight, wakes up the next day saying they got the best night's sleep ever! My house stays cleaner (little dust accumulation), smells fresh, and allergies are better when indoors. I may get a Molekule Pro for my garage. It's smelling pretty musty out there. ;)

Best purchase during COVID 2020!!!!

We love our air mini+!!!! We got it right around late March or April 2020 start of pandemic! It makes our bedroom air super fresh and we have two indoor kitties who are really Playful so they are always in and out of our room leaving trails of cats hair everywhere!!! LOL I also love the technology specs! We also can bring it anywhere it's portable so we rotate our air mini wherever we are in our home whether it's the living room, bedroom upstairs office room or even dining room when we have family & friend parties! I am also as housekeeper at a college so I love to come home to fresh air and feel like Im breathing crisp air rather than chemicals when I get home! I am big on technology loved it my whole life and appreciate the molekule app with Apple features to connect it! Best decision ever! It's 2022 now and we have 0 issues with our system! (Also, they partnered with MSG in NYC with air purification systems! I went in December 2021 for a NY Rangers hockey game and could immediately tell how clean the air was, it was so nice! I felt very protected down there) I paid monthly payments with affirm and I did not regret it! It was Worth every penny of my hard work! Great job! I hope you continue to make amazing products! Thanks so much! :D

In 2020, I began searching for a good air purifier that not only cleaned the air, but also, 1) removed food odors (I love cooking) from my small apartment; 2) ease at replacing and disposing the filters; 3) works with Apple HomeKit; and 4) it helped if the design was appealing. In my investigation, the Molekule was highly recommended especially by individuals who suffered through the California forest fires. This, along with phone support and being FDA-cleared to destroy viruses & bacteria e.g. SARS-CoV-2 by over 99% in under 1 hour, made it a no brainer to purchase. Besides being unable to reconnect my Mini+ to my Wifi--I am working on it, I am very pleased with this product. My plan is to purchase a few more units when I purchase my home. Hopefully, some good deals will be available. :-) Keep up the good work Molekule!

I love my Molekule Mini +. The app is a bit hard to connect but it works like a charm. I live right next to the highway so it's been reassuring to know that the air I breathe while I'm sleeping and working from home is good to go. Thanks Molekule.

Literally doesn't turn on

I ordered the mini+ for my office. My unit was DOA; I set it all up per the instructions. Downloaded the app. It doesn't work at all. It won't power on tried many outlets. Reset it up per instructions several times. So annoying! I haven't had time to Deal with customer service; really don't have time for the hassle of returning it. I have three of the various unit in my other home and have gifted multiple units to my sisters. We all loved them. Really disappointed to have this one not function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Online Set Up Difficult

I got the mini + to be able to see how the unit was working and control it from my phone however, I have never been able to get the online features to work and the support I have received has not been helpful. I keep being told to get closer to the router. As I rent an office in a shared building with a server this has not been remotely helpful as i do not have access to the system router. I imagine that the unit is working fine for purification, but I have never been able to use the + features so it seems like a waste of money.
