Peace of Mind

After doing some research, I got two Air Mini's for my children's bedrooms. I picked Molecule because there is science behind it. I know that air quality matters and one of my girls has various allergies. The air smells different in their room. The Air Mini is quiet and small. I can tell that a lot of thought went into creating a wonderful device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it!!! I sleep 80% better. I have the Molekule air also but bought the mini for my bedroom. I've woke up constantly throughout the night at least 3x coughing for 15 years which no doctor figured out. Once I plugged the mini in my cough has declined by 85-90%, now most nights I don't cough!! I love that it portable and beautiful to look at, modern appearance. Going to a hotels, never leave it behind

Good looking and powerful

Moved into a new home and decided to try out the Molekule Air Mini. I'm big into air purifiers and have purchased big and hefty ones in the past. This is not only very cool to look at but I have bad allergies so I could tell a huge difference in the quality of air in my room. Planning to purchase more for the larger areas now!

I typically don't write review, but after owning the Molekule to 6+ months, I do have to say, it's been a great experience. I live in the city and was always concerned with pollutants, molds that we found in our new house, and the pet dander. After some research, I felt like the molecule was a good purchase, and pulled the trigger to buy it. I was initially excited because it was the height of the pandemic and I felt like I needed some sort of protection against viruses along with normal air pollution. Shipping was fast, the box was nicely packaged, minimal plastic wrap, and set up was fairly easy (had a small issue trying to get my molekule connected to Wi-Fi, but once connected it went to work.) I kept it on autoprotect mode and within a few days I noticed that the air in my house felt cleaner and easier to breathe. I also enjoy how quiet it is compared to other air filter devices and that replacement filters are easy and come when it's time to replace. I will say about 6 months in, I had some technical issues with my Molekule, for some reason it wouldn't turn on, but support was quick and ended up replacing my air filter completely. The process was smooth and easy, I honestly can say I've never received this level of customer service before, it was refreshing and so nice. I'd say for the actual product, it's efficient and cost-effective. I would recommend to anyone considering an air filter device.

Amazing Customer service

They say ""you get what you pay for"" and honestly that is absolutely correct. Thankfully with a amazing product came even more amazing customer service. I had an issue with my original mini pro+, called customer service and was blown away by the professionalism, courtesy and dedication to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Robin is definitely an assess to your company. She worked with me for 30mins on a call, reaching out to your tech team, asking for emailed photos of the issue, updating me of the progress every few minutes. I can't remember when I've had such an absolutely seamless customer service experience when I called a company. Absolutely love how Molekule stands not only behind their products but beside their customers. I have gushed about my experience ever since and have heard other similar stories. I really can't thank Robin enough for all she did!! Your loyalty to your customers earns their loyalty in return... that is are these days.

I got them initially for my pets in preparation or fire season. The year before was so bad and I worried about my pets with only the HVAC to guard them. I have had them about a year. My house plants are growing better. My friends that have animal allergies have an easier time in my home and I feel a bit better about keeping everyone safe during this crazy pandemic. I have the mini+ and air pro. The mini+ is a little sensitive to my sprays and grooming habits, but I feel confident that the air in my home is cleaner and healthier for everyone.

Can't connect to blue tooth

I have 2 other Molekule Airs in my home and a very happy able to connect to internet and blue tooth. I have tried multiple times to connect my Molekule Air + and it has not been able to connect following all the directions many times. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Annemarie Pergola

Air Mini+ is mighty for its size

Air Mini+ can handle a lot considering its small footprint. Great for a bedroom or smaller room, it auto feature means it senses air quality & cycles up only when needed. Really great if you have a smoker. in your household.
