Best Christmas gift for a college freshman

My mother got met this since I am going to college and it so far has worked perfectly. I am super sensitive to dust mold and pollen and I tend to sneeze tons! This filter has been quieter than a mouse and has cleared up all of my allergies in my room. Now I don't have to worry when I move to Florida with a more humid climate and the risk of mold in my room! If you are super sensitive to allergens or have a problem with the climate than this is the air filter for you!

I already owned a larger Air Purifier but it was so burdensome moving it about the house. I loved the look of the Mini and the positive reviews. With Wildfires and Corona at an all-time high here in California I figured I could use another for just the bedroom. I leave it running 24/7 on the lowest setting and the air is noticeably cleaner! I love that I can turn the fan up and do an insta clean! It's cute, portable, and works awesome!

First day with my Molekule Mini - I'M IMPRESSED!

This is my first ever air purifier, so I can't say how it stacks up to any other device. I bought the Molekule Air Mini+ to be primarily used in a super tiny room - 49 sqft to be exact. It is my home office that I spend all day, every day in. I also share this super tiny space with my cat's Litter Robot. The Litter Robot is the main reason why I felt I needed an air purifier, not only for the germs but for the SMELL. Side note: self cleaning litter boxes are amazing and I highly recommend them but they are basically a cat's port-o-potty. They smell pretty bad when you live in a small apartment like I do. Anyways, for a few weeks I have been trying to mask the odor in my office and entire apartment with candles, incense, room sprays and an essential oil diffuser. None of it worked to take away the smell... obviously. So the main thing I was planning to judge the Molekule on when I got it was if it could actually eliminate odors from a space. Today my Molekule Air Mini+ arrived and I couldn't wait to find out how bad the air quality was in my office. The Molekule initially rated the air quality with the yellow light = moderate. Within an hour of having the device on ""Active Mode"", the light changed from yellow to green (good)! Both me and my fiance do not smell the Litter Robot since the Molekule has been on today. It is such a MAJOR improvement in just the first few hours of using an air purifier. I really hope this is how I can expect the Molekule Air Mini+ to perform on a daily basis. Overall, this was an expensive device and there may be other alternatives that work just as well, but I am very happy with this purchase! Other pros worth mentioning: quiet (yes, even on Active Mode), easy to set up, beautiful design, pleasant unboxing experience. Bottom line, THIS LOOKS, FEELS, AND PERFORMS LIKE A QUALITY ITEM SHOULD!

Molekule mini + is ideal

Love it so much I bought another one for an additional bedroom. Now I'm considering buying the large one for our great room! It makes the air in our large master bedroom smell great! I know it's working...there are less particles floating around. Less dust on the furniture. We have large windows in our bedroom where the sunlight streams in. No dancing particles noticed after having Molekule plugged in! We love the quiet sound of the fan. Thank you molekule!

Load as a speaker, but stinks way more

I have 6 other air filters in my house so I put the Mini+ in the back bedroom with another filter with activated carbon to remove the plastic chemical stench of the Mini+. I can hear that Mini+ from the other end of my 2400 sq ft house. I got the pro at the same time. That thing made me sick. I don't have anything to filter that much chemical odor. It's 3 times as loud, it sounds like an airliner taking off. And still, it blows very little air. I think their sq ft estimates were based on a doll house's scaled down sq ft. But smells like a full scale chemical disaster. Don't waste your money. It's just a HEPA filter with very little filter area, which requires a lot of noise to press the air through and a UV light in it, but they're all built round like loudspeakers and once you hear them, it's going to be difficult to hear the TV or each other. Just get a Winix or an Austinair or Austinair knockoff. I've had mine full blast for 25 years, replaced the filter twice, Whereas Molecule gets you on a monthly plan of replacements. I can't say ""ripoff"" any louder without actually saying it.

The app is a failure

The Molekule device works well but unfortunately to adjust the settings you must use the app which rarely works. I find myself frequently resetting the device and unplugging it to adjust the settings and for the high price tag it's a total rip off. The company clearly doesn't care about the customers if you simply review the rating for the app in the App Store. I don't know how in good conscious you continue to sell a product that can't effectively be used. Fix it!

Aesthetically pleasing, this machine works well so far... still only one week old but I have noticed the air is must cleaner. The Mini Air + runs quietly at night. I will definitely invest in another one for my living room. The App is pretty useless though - does not work properly yet
