Do not buy! Great product BUT it will stop working

The Molekule Pro is an impressive air purifier when it is working. It delivers on its promise to clean the air effectively, and we were pleased with the results. However, what they do not emphasize upfront is that the unit has a limited lifespan. Ours stopped working after a period of time, and when it did, the only option Molekule offered was to sell us another one.For the price you pay, that is frustrating. This is not a cheap product, and while the performance is strong, the value drops significantly when you factor in its limited durability. If you have disposable income and do not mind eventually replacing the whole unit, it might still make sense. Otherwise, I cannot recommend it. It is a high-end filter with an expiration date—and that is disappointing.

This product was gifted to me by a friend when I moved into my new house. It was a brand new device and after just about a year of use the product stopped working completely.

This has made a massive difference in my home's air quality. I have virtually no complaints. I would pay full price in a heartbeat for this air filter. I did a lot of research, and this proved to be the best one. I am exceedingly pleased with this purchase!!

I mean what a load of garbage. You make this fancy expensive air purifier with fancy expensive filters and I get this stupid error message when I try to install a new GENUINE filter. I know you’re trying to make sure you get filter revenue but this is absurd and just a poor customer experience.

These air purifiers work. our allergies are better. we are able to monitor negative AQI and make adjustments for our health and safety. very happy with our four Molekules (2 Pro and 2 Mini+)!
