I purchase this item and it work for 2 years only and that's what the warranty offers after the warranty is over the item will stop working and they will try to sell you a refurbished one this is more of a sales company trying to make money of people with heath issues do yourself a favor and go with another company like rabbit air or the Allen but do not buy Molekule it's a disposable item don't waste your money

Does it really work? we're not sure..

I'd like to think the FDA certification and the fact that we replace the filter every 6 months says that it works, but we're not certain. We have it in our 13X13 bedroom since day one, so the bedroom should have the cleanest air in the house, but we have no way of checking that. Hopefully this was and is (filters) money well spent. As far as we can tell a year after the purchase our health is neither better or worst and the bedroom does not smell any different.

I ran this unit and ran an Air Pro testing monitor. The Molekule reports VOC levels inaccurately.

Was so surprised to find out the air quality in the room was poor but the machine has improved it so much. Can't wait to get my others replaced but not much hope as they have given me no issues since I bought them.

I purchased one of the original Molekules about four years ago and placed it in my bedroom. I've one two strokes and was diagnosed with COPD in 2009. The first unit worked wonders for me and a plus that I hadn't counted on was now I don't have to worry about in that room because it almost totally alleviated it. Helping to be able to breathe easier. I had wanted to purchase another Molecule and when I started looking into it I found the new more powerful version that only uses one filter instead of the original two filter system. I love this new version and has further enhanced my ability to breathe cleaner air in my home. I cannot say enough good about the Molekule brand. This is truly one case where the old saying you get what you pay for couldn't be more true. It's worth every penny I paid for both of mine. And as long as you change the filters out like the manufacturer recommends it will do its job. I call the work horse to clean the air I breathe and when you can't get a good breath you learn to appreciate good clean air. I'm a non-smoker my entire life and have done my best to stay away from people that smoke. I attribute my COPD to the second hand smoke I breathed as a child from the smokers in my family. So if you live in an environment where there's a lot of smoke, dust and dander this machine will definitely benefit you because it has made my life or quality of life much better. And for that I am eternally grateful for whomever invented this machine and for the company that manufactures it.
