[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This things is so convenient and user friendly. I love that I can let pet sitters in myself or have them enter key free. It does include a backup key just in case. You can lock the door from anywhere! So convenient.

Great Lock Assembly, interface in app, slightly difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch with WiFi in Satin Nickel is what I received to test out. I was very impressed with the lock assembly itself. The touchscreen was far advanced and way cool to unlock from my fingerprint! Also the app allowed unlock from my phone within the wifi area of my home! The lock actually fits my door perfectly. All instructions and self install is available and also has videos to walk you through the process. Door Sense was another amazing feature of this lock, sensing when the door is open or closed and what time it was or if it is still open. This can be viewed in the app. The app allows us to add owners or users and what type of access they have to the lock. The only drawback was calibrating the door, and the app interface was a little difficult to navigate. Setting up the WiFi was also slightly troublesome. This took us about an hour or so to install. It took me n my boyfriend to figure this all out. I'm sure within a couple updates, all the small kinks will be worked out. I appreciate Influenster for allowing me to do a review on this great product!

You can use your phone or even smartwatch to open the door! No more getting locked out or having to give someone your code and then change it! Highly recommend

It’s nice but concerned about security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we just installed this and it does have a nice sleek look. The installation was pretty smooth and intuitive, took about 10 minutes. Figuring out how to add the fingerprint for each of us and the passcode was really complicated and took lots of googling (it’s not covered in the instructions). One concerning thing to note, it will unlock with a random finger that hasn’t been added. So for us while it’s a cool feature, we’re turning off the fingerprint sensor because anyone v could open the door. Getting the keypad to light up will also take some getting used to. But since we already had a smart lock on this door we’re already used to locking it with an app. Overall it’s nice but the fancy features seem to have a lot of security bugs.
