Easy install

I was surprised at the weight. I like the sleek look and really the ease of install is the best thing ever. Its great that i cna now unlock and lock my door remotely

Feature full smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a button keypad lock on my door for over a decade so I was ready to try something with more features. Installation took about 40 minutes to swap everything out, and that was with me double checking each step guided by the app. Programming took another 20 minutes and was more of a trial and error process without any clear instructions. But once everything was setup I was quite pleased with the results. My whole family has been setup and used the lock and has found it to be quite simple. I really like the auto open feature utilizing my phone which opens the lock for me so I don’t even have to worry about it. I really like the features and am fully satisfied, I can easily recommend this lock for anyone looking for an easy key free, touch, app enabled smart lock.

Sharp Looking Electronic Door Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch with Wi-Fi in Satin Nickel. I’m not going to lie—setup for us was rough. Took us 3 hours from start to finish. Here were our problems. My front door is a very heavy expensive solid wood door. My door didn’t have the cutout plate insert where the previous deadbolt was. Therefore I had to Mortise cut into the door by hand with a chisel (that took about an hour since I’ve never done that before and had to watch YouTube videos). Then once we had the lock set up, it just kept erroring and jamming. We used WD-40 on the closing mechanism and that still didn’t help (seemed so stiff—that’s why we tried that first). Then we realized that the hole the deadbolt was going into wasn’t deep enough. The Yale lock required a 1 inch hole into the door frame and our pre-existing hole was only 1/2 inch (we think this was actually an incorrect shortcut from the builder that we never realized). So my husband had to drill the hole deeper with a wood spade drill bit, which revealed insulation that the Yale Door lock also saw as an obstruction. Once the door frame hole was cleaned out the lock worked finally!! After that, setup was a breeze (maybe took 5 minutes). My husband is excited that he can ask Google Home to lock/unlock the door and it will do it with his voice command. I can see how people who own an AirBNB would love this as you can easily reset entry codes and grant access quickly all from the click of your phone. Hopefully your door is setup to code, then installation of this electronic door lock will be a breeze. My only complaint is that when the door is open, the keypad and the deadbolt lock on the backside of the door aren’t the same size. Both square plates should be the same size and align perfectly. Not a deal breaker, but somewhat aesthetically unpleasing. One picture I’m including shows the Mortise cut I had to make and one picture also shows how the plates on each side are different sizes and not correctly aligned even when setup correctly.

Easy to use lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was fairly easy to install on our sunroom door. You do need the app to make the lock function. Overall the lock looks great and will be nice for our family to use. Each person can have their own code. The lock opens and closes easily from the app in case you need to open it or close away from home. I like being able to see that my door is locked while I am away.

Best feature is I have my code for the house and my husband has his own as well, I always can’t find my keys so not having to look for those have been GREAT!!! I also like the sound once you unlock the door…sounds like a lullaby. This has been a game changer!!

Convenient and secure

Works flawlessly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had rental properties and am well used to changing locks but I have to say this was one of the easiest installs I've ever encountered. All in all it took me about 30 minutes to get it installed and set up. That includes downloading the app, syncing it and adding in the monitor. I didn't realize that it included the ability to see when the door was opened or closed and I love that it does. I regularly go on extended trips so this will be a great additional peace of mind for me. The locking mechanism is very smooth and I ran into absolutely no issues. This is by far the best thing I've gotten from influencer and I'm actually considering buying one for my other door. It looks smooth and sleek. Everything was well packaged, feels high quality and the instructions were completely clear. I usually get the quickset locks because they're easy to reset the keys on but this one feels a lot more solid. I don't have a single con, it even came with energizer batteries.
