Poor quality

The lock does not work well with the app. Contact support so many times to get a replacement with the same issue. Yale doesn't allow return and keeps wasting my time for problem shooting. Avoid their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart security for a growing family

This Yale smart touch lock is so handy for unlocking when my hands are full (hello, Velcro baby!), auto locking when I forget, and the app lets me open and close the lock as needed when I’m out of the house! Would recommend!
