Lock looks great and feels like a solid product. My only holdback from a five star review is the app its a little flaky sometimes. I had trouble getting some features to be displayed when setting it up and still occasionally get the menus to flicker when I'm in the setting section. Otherwise a fairly easy to setup and the HomeKit integration is phenomenal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lock was easy to install....purchased z wave model which was extremely quirky to add to my hubitat c8 pro...once connected it works well.....however the app looses connection quite frequently..unless your within bluetooth range...it maybe better with the wifi module instead of the z wave one...always seaching for lock and unable to show lock status....lock or unlocked.....

Don’t waste your money

We are so disappointed in this door lock. From the time we have gotten it we have had to replace the batteries every 2-3 weeks. We have gone through all of the troubleshooting, and still no changes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
