Perfect for anyone needed a cooling unit and heat in a small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has become a daily user for us. We live in a region where it’s cold during the night and hot during the day.
Our favorite thing about this unit is that it cools our living room quickly and efficiently. Our living room is boxed in on three and a half sides, and this unit cools us off quickly.
One more thing we love about this unit; it is WHISPER quiet. I have never used an AC that has been as efficient and as quiet as this unit. We truly can’t hear it working.
The remote is user friendly, it takes two seconds to learn how to use it. The unit itself is streamlined, it’s clean looking and it takes up minimal space for a machine that provides such a nice service.
We live in an area where we have warm to hot days and chilly evenings. The supplemental heat feature is really a luxury that wasn’t expected but so much appreciated! This unit is really perfect for the in-between places, where it might be cold, but also might be hot.

Powerful yet relatively quiet AC and heat

It blows a strong breeze into the room without being overwhelmingly loud. The remote control makes it especially convenient. I haven't been able to use the heat yet, as it's summer here, but I look forward to giving it a try in a few months!

My parents have the very same one and it is capable to maintain the whole large loving room cool! Its. Ot noisy and even the cats love to sleep next to it!

Keystone 12,000 BTU Window Mounted Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the air conditioner and immediately installed. It was packaged very well. It took about 30 minutes to install. I live in the south and this time of year it’s warm enough for air conditioning but the nights and mornings are still chilly. As soon as it was installed I turned on the cold air. First, great air flow and super cold air. Second, it is very quiet. I have had window units before and they were very loud.
This unit does have supplemental heat. Meaning it’s meant to be operated when temperatures outside are between 41 and 75 degrees….it’s supplemental and not primary heat source. But, it’s perfect for knocking off the chill in the mornings and I could not be happier. The unit also dehumidifies…that is also a plus here in the south! It has a washable filter and comes with a remote. I’m impressed!!
