[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great AC high cool and capacity insulation took a bit of time for me cuz I was not used to it noise levels are low this is going to be a lifesaver to have especially in summer when it gets really hot in California excited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this gem today and i am so excited ! Its getting very hot in here ! Its heavy, its huge and its going to provide some good fresh cool air! My parents have the very same one and it is capable to maintain the whole large loving room cool! Its. Ot noisy and even the cats love to sleep next to it!

Keystone 12,000 BTU Window Mounted Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the air conditioner and immediately installed. It was packaged very well. It took about 30 minutes to install. I live in the south and this time of year it’s warm enough for air conditioning but the nights and mornings are still chilly. As soon as it was installed I turned on the cold air. First, great air flow and super cold air. Second, it is very quiet. I have had window units before and they were very loud.
This unit does have supplemental heat. Meaning it’s meant to be operated when temperatures outside are between 41 and 75 degrees….it’s supplemental and not primary heat source. But, it’s perfect for knocking off the chill in the mornings and I could not be happier. The unit also dehumidifies…that is also a plus here in the south! It has a washable filter and comes with a remote. I’m impressed!!
