[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after installing and using this for a few days I've got to say I'm really impressed, it's really a great portable ac. It takes no time to bring a room to the temp your comfortable with and it's a lot cheaper then a regular home ac. It's so quiet your hardly know it's there. It's easy to install and can be done in just a few minutes, also it's not to bulky there for you don't need to much space for it. The app is easy to download and understand and is such a great plus. It's on wheels so if you ever need to move it it's easy to take from one spot to the other.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A REAL WINNER

I am currently using it in a large shed/work space area and has out performed every unit I have ever tried. The refreshing feeling of walking into a crisp work area is beyond refreshing. Using the Wi-Fi feature allows me to start the unit before I even.get back there, this is my favorite feature.

Perfect to have around when HVAC goes out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We will only be using this machine when our HVAC system goes out. It seems like that wouldn't be too often, but we've had so many problems with it that having a back up is a good idea! It's fairly big to store, but in my opinion it's worth it. If you have no A/C in the middle of summer in Florida...it is NOT fun. I love the fact that the machine isn't just an air conditioner, but also a heater! That's a huge plus that it can be used in the winter as well.
It's definitely not big enough to heat/ cool a house, but if you have a smaller sized room like a bedroom, it works wonders! It's easy to set up, but you have to use it close to a window because the hose is only 4 ft long and can't be extended. You can also use this permanently by going straight into the wall, instead of the window.
The wheels are great to be able to move from room to room because it's quite heavy otherwise, around 70 lbs. You can connect it to your app to control it, but I feel the remote is just as easy to use, unless you plan to add it to a Google home type system-then it might come in handy.
Overall, I think it's a great option to cool or heat a medium sized room. Highly recommended!

Very cold and refreshing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved into a new house and discovered all kinds of quirks and disappointments. One of our biggest disappointments was that the upstairs bedrooms lacked good air flow. This left 2 bedrooms extremely hot during the summer and ice cold during the winter.
We started using the Pinguino Smart PACEL395 600 sq ft Portable Air Conditioner with Arctic Whisper, Heat, Eco Real Feel and WiFi in our sons bedroom and are 100% thrilled with its abilities!
This portable AC unit comes with the full package. Remote! Wifi capability! Cold air! It’s definitely been a game changer for our entire upstairs.
It’s super easy to install. It took about 15-20 minutes from start to finish. The instructions are easy to read and follow. After installing, the bedroom went from 84° to 72° in less than an hour! Talk about a quick fix!
We love that we can use a phone app to change the settings as needed. This gives us the opportunity to adjust the air temp while away or prepare for us to come back to a nice, cool room. We also love that it will shut itself off after 24 hours of continuous use, if the settings are not messed with during that time.
Overall we are 100% satisfied with the Pinguino Smart portable AC unit!

It is quiet, it cools the room quickly, with wi-fi system it makes my life easier with alexa I have not yet treated heating but I love its functions I recommend it 100% .Pinguino smart pacel 395 portable air conditioner its the best...

All in one Comfort Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is great and looks futuristic especially in all black. I got this 4 in 1 AC unit as a replacement for a standard portable AC that was giving out. It cools really well and is much quieter than the unit it replaced. I have yet to try the heating function but imagine it works just as well. It will be great not having to replace the unit with a heater and then back with an AC especially in SoCal as parts of the year alternate between heater and AC within the same day. Being able to turn the unit on and off with the app is great and makes it easy to control the temperature on the way home without leaving the unit running all day. The louvres direct the air well and it cools the room more efficiently than my last unit.

Got it all hooked up to my phone and it's easy to use app .it makes it nice when you are all comfortable and you can just use the app to make ajustments . I like how it easy to move around too. I will be letting my friends and family know about this air conditioner.

Easy to install and cools great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first introduction to a portable air conditioner. When our AC went out in the Texas heat and we braved two days in a 90° bedroom - we decided a portable unit would be a good idea. The setup and install for this is easy (no technician needed!) and all of the items for venting through a window are included. The unit is quiet enough to watch tv - especially in the whisper mode - and cools the room as expected. It has wheels - which is great for rolling it into a closet when it's not needed.
