Works like a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this unit set up in my den and it's the absolute best it cools the room down amazingly it was super easy to set up and controls perfectly on my phone with no issues at all I'm definitely thinking about purchasing another unit for our bedroom

This unit is a sleek black color, that is portable and it doesn’t take up much space.
This unit is ideal for apartments or small rooms when a big unit can’t be used, or won’t fit.
I was surprised at how quite this unit is, you barely notice it, and the front display is easily read even from across the room.
This is a 4 in one unit, it cools, heats, dehumidifies, and works as a fan. It cools a medium size room up to 600 square ft. I have it in my bedroom and with the door closed it cools great.
It’s quick and easy to install and it comes with everything you need for installation. The window kit fits snug so there’s no dripping or leaks .
This unit has a WiFi app that is very handy. You can control the AC from anywhere you have a WiFi connection! I turn mine on as I’m leaving work so my bedroom will be nice and cool when I get home, there’s no need in running it all day. You can also connect to your Alexa or Google smart devices.
I definitely recommend this air conditioner. It works great, cools great, and is very quiet, what more can you ask for?

The air flow is Iverson nice an keeps my small space very comfortable. Even on heat it's very comfortable. I can see myself using this all year round. What A Invention!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good Morning Reviewers!! So I recently got the Pinguino Smart Portable AC, with Heater, dehumidifier and fan! Like what more could a woman want in a unit. I was thoroughly impressed at the design not to mention you can use a app on your phone or remote. When you turn it on or off the air vent opens and closes automatically and oscillates to circulate the air around. I’ve used other models and even window units in the past and this is a treat to use! I also love how I can turn it on before I get home via the app to start to cool my space or off if I forget when I leave my home. I love that it’s on wheels to move around makes it easy when I clean and not super heavy. I also love I don’t have to use a drip pan like I’ve had to before cause of condensation leaking. Did I mention that it’s a heater too lol. If you are going to get a window or portable AC etc unit I highly recommend this one it’s worth everything!

A must-have for Texas residents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you live in Texas, you know the situation with ERCOT and power reliability. It's already May here and we're being told to keep our AC units set at 78 or above to conserve power. Imagine what it's going to be like here when the real heat kicks in later this summer! My plan is to couple the Delonghi Arctic Whisper PACEL395 with a generator to cool a portion of our house. It feels so good to be prepared and have a backup-plan in place. This unit seems easy to setup and powerful. We had our AC go out last year and I used a previous generation Delongi to get us by for a few days, so this new one should work even better.

Excellent AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first portable AC and it is a God send in the hot and humid weather of NJ. The unit was easy to install with all the attachments provided. I installed it in my loft upstairs where cooling is not very good with the Central AC. Its very quiet and looks sleek. It can be controlled easily using the app on phone. I have not yet tried the heating but I am pretty sure that will also work perfectly.

Amazing unit!!

It is a 4 in 1 unit that can work as a fan, air conditioner, heater, and is also a dehumidifier all in one! The portability of it is wonderful, and I am so grateful that I no longer need to use a heavy and difficult window unit that takes two people to install/uninstall. The set up of the De'Longhi Pinguino is simple and takes just a few short minutes. There are no drip pans or buckets to empty either! I use it during the day in my family room and at night I easily wheel it into my bedroom. I have even brought it into my garage a few times so I can keep cool while working in there (I can't wait to use the heat feature in the garage this winter). It comes with a remote control, but I mostly use the smart Wi-Fi feature using my cellphone or my Google Home speakers. It is amazing to be able to turn it on or off when I am not even home! I love how quiet it is and how quickly it works at cooling (and heating) my rooms. It's great to have a unit that can be used quickly and easy in different rooms of my home and all year long, I couldn't be happier!

My daughter loves cold room and my other daughter does not. Instead of cranking the AC down for the whole house and freezing the rest of us out, we have this unit in her room. She loves it and so do we.
