This is the 3rd purchase and I have been satisfied with this product. I don't have central air and heat. It provides enough heat in the winter and cool in the summer and keeps my home comfortable.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was it little disappointed with this purchase. It doesn't really cool unless it's set at a very low temperature. 69-70. Anything higher the house is warm. I don't think it works properly.
