I just got my unit delivered today. Im waiting the 24 hrs to turn it on so I haven’t tried it yet but the box was beat to crap, there’s scratches on the bottom of the unit and there is no accessories bag or end of season dust cover included.
The hose to go out the window also appears defective as the plastic is not connected to the ring all the way around.
So disappointing to pay for new when it appears this unit has been opened and is most likely a return. I’ll update when I can turn it on.
