[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one just like this one that lasted 10 years in my garage and the blade broke but it will still run. I replaced it with the new one. I will fix the old one and use it somewhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd LG heat/AC I have bought. The first was wiped out by a hurricane, the 2nd just gave out. But inbetween they worked great in both modes and I am happy with the product.

Cooling doesnt work

I just installed this a few weeks ago at my cabin. I hadn't really used it until this week when it got hot. First off, it requires a special outlet to be installed to plug in. It does not cool. It only blows air. It makes a rhythmic groaning sound. I have the app and ran the diagnostics and nothing shows up as an issue. It simply doesn't work. And NO it's not because the filter is dirty. It has barely been used.

Love my LG heater/air conditioning unit.

I bought this a month ago and I’m very happy with it. It replaced the mini split unit that I had in my tiny house. And it does a much better job. Easy to operate and install.

NOT GOOD AT ALL

I bought this in May 2024 never really blowed cold air went to switch it over to heater and the Heater does not work . OVER ALL I am dissapointed . This was for my Dog Kennel to keep them cool and warm . NOT HAPPY
