Great service/communication; replacement chain fit perfectly! This little pole saw has done an awful lot of work; trimmed a whole stand of very big hemlock trees, cut up all of the large limbs, too...LOVE it; highly recommend this company and their products!

I bought this pole saw at the beginning of summer. It's one of the better battery-operated pieces of equipment I have owned and is still going strong. I use it alot and it's actually fun to use. It is lightweight, not bulky or cumbersome to use, does a great job getting into smaller places and both high and low limbs. I have been very surprised at how long it lasts on a full battery charge. I really love this saw and recommended it to a friend who wants one after I told her about mine. The oil reservoir is kind of small (in my opinion) and you need to be sure you don't run out of oil when using it. Other than that I can't think of a single thing to say about it other than I would buy another one if ever needed. It's very easy for most women to use. and is not overly loud/noisy. Definitely recommend.

I bought this saw five years ago and between family, friends and myself it got much use so it was time to buy another one. The price of the tool was less than a new chain, bar, battery and charger.

I had heard good things about Greenworks but I was skeptical about battery power tools being able to take on tough jobs. I'm not skeptical any longer. My 40 volt 8 inch pole saw cuts thick oak branches with no problem. I also own a Greenworks leaf blower, again more than enough power. I plan on buying a Greenworks hedger and dethatcher in the future. Goodby stinky gas and electric cords.

I have the 8" pole chainsaw and it works phenomenally. I also have the hedge clippers, string trimmer and the 2000psi pressure cleaner. I wouldn't trade them for any other brand.
