[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice to be able to collect the clippings to make compost tea for the garden and also to toss into the goats hay for a treat. We have learned the grass must be short and dry or you'll be cleaning out the tube a lot while you mow.
Pros: Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grass clippings can leak out of the lid. Sometimes clippings clog up in the tube from the mower to the bag. You'll need to switch the bags as only one fills up at a time.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello cummins67.
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate hearing from consumers like you and will take your comments into consideration as we work to improve our products. We would like to offer some suggestions to improve your user experience with the 42" bagging kit. 1.Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 2.Mow when the grass is dry. We know sometimes there is morning dew, just ensure you cut when grass is not too wet. Wet conditions also cause the grass to be much heavier and causes the grass to clump. 3.Ensure you clean the tube after each use and empty the bag before you exceed the bagger capacity. Collection bags have a six (6) bushel capacity. Each time you mow making sure slots are cleared and clean prior to use to allow the flow of clippings. We hope with these tips they will assist in a more enjoyable user experience. If you have any more thoughts or suggestions, feel free to reach out by Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or call 1-888-909-6757. Thanks again for your support!

Nowhere in the main information on this item does it state boldly 'YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE YOUR BLADES TO USE THIS ITEM' - that would be supremely helpful to know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started out with just a 21" mower 6 years ago. I now have the following, hedge trimmer, backpack sprayer, hand held blower, 24"snow thrower, 16" weed Wacker, and just purchase the 42" zero turn. All 60Volt. Never been disappointed with Greenworks tools. I'm looking to purchase 2 additional 8.0ah batteries for my 42" zero turn mower.
