Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate hearing from consumers like you and will take your comments into consideration as we work to improve our products. We would like to offer some suggestions to improve your user experience with the 42" bagging kit.
1.Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months.
2.Mow when the grass is dry. We know sometimes there is morning dew, just ensure you cut when grass is not too wet. Wet conditions also cause the grass to be much heavier and causes the grass to clump.
3.Ensure you clean the tube after each use and empty the bag before you exceed the bagger capacity. Collection bags have a six (6) bushel capacity. Each time you mow making sure slots are cleared and clean prior to use to allow the flow of clippings.
