poor design of the tube

purchased this to pick up my leaves - had to use the green works leaf blower the chute at the clear section would not stay together at the top of the tube separated at first use - could not get it to stay together
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great addition to my mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the bagger but want to install the included lift blades. I can't find instructions for how to remove the deck to access the blades. The user manaual does not have those intstructions, specifically how to remove the power cord to the motors (how to releade the clips). Help!

Nice bagger - QC/Instructions Meh

Cmon Greenworks! I have several GW products which received 5 star reviews but not including the BOLTS for the mounting bar is Not Acceptable. Lucky for me I keep some around for this purpose. Installation instructions are horrible and there aren't any good videos on YT. Most will figure it out quickly but some (40%) will probably want to return it. The actual operation of the bagger is fine! I will use the bagger on my bermuda grass to reduce thatch build up from mulching. After the 1st use I can see an improvement. Easy to use and emptying is a breeze.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective

If I could give zero stars, that would be more accurate. It won't suck up the grass into the chute. attempted having it repaired at a Greenworks recommended location, it still doesn't work. I do not recommend this product!
