This mower can really go! It's speedy, comfortable and pretty quiet. After mowing an acre, I'm still over 50% battery and how cool is it that it can run on anywhere from 1 to 6 batteries.
No smell and I never have to replace a belt or carburetor every again. Love that I can use the same battery for other lawn tools as well.
No regrets on this purchase at all.

Missing Bag

The bagger is well designed as far as I can tell but only came with one bag. I called customer service and was promised a call back the next day to resolve. Never heard anything. Very disappointed. Kind of stuck with an expensive mower and bagger kit I can’t use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It always gets clogged!! I have to stop every 5 minutes to unclog it!! It's super annoying!!

The underside of the deck should be smooth so that the grass moves freely around the deck, up the chute, and into the bag. A Pain in My Back

Assembly instructions are worthless. I’ve used mine about three times and the metal part that the rubber part on the tube coming out of the mower broke off. I don’t know what to call that part. The other problem I have is that the discharge tubes easily clog and require disassembly and reassembly of those tubes. That is a lot of work.
Pros: Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Powerful

Needs a dust baffle

Too much dust and debris escapes the hopper. When I finish mowing with this attached I'm covered in dust and the carrying space at the back of the mower is full of dirt and clippings. Please can you make a baffle that will direct debris away from the operator?

After pretty straightforward set up was able to use it right away and it worked great. The clear section on the feeder tube makes it easy to see that the system isn’t clogging up and overfilling so it’s very easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.
