Nice wifi, doesn’t cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 12,000 BTU thinking it would be more powerful than my really old 10,000 BTU but I was wrong. You have to walk right up to it to feel the air blowing and it doesn’t do great cooling my room down. I ended up putting my old 10,000 btu air conditioner in the window. This one’s wifi and app are nice but it didn’t offset how it didn’t cool the room down. I was disappointed but the box was in bad shape when delivered so couldn’t return, going to end up giving it away to someone in need with a very small room to cool.

This air conditioner was just what we needed! Quiet, didn't interfere with hearing our TV and being able to control by WiFi waa especially nice because I have mobility problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit a few weeks ago to replace the same model. The previous unit lasted several years before it started leaking. I sprayed the drain pan with flex-seal coating to delay rust and hope this unit lasts longer. Overall this is a good air conditioner and keeps the room cool on hot and humid summer days. This unit is a little quieter than previous model.

spent a couple of hours setting up the unit only to turn it on and find out that the a/c did not put out any cold air and the fan only worked on high.

I can imagine how frustrating it must have been to spend time setting it up, only to find out that it wasn't functioning properly. And to make matters worse, the fan only worked on high, which is not what you expect from a unit designed to provide comfortable cooling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this air conditioner. It works well . I found that it saved me money on my electric bill . It’s very efficient. It cools my dining room and kitchen . I like it that it doesn’t make noise . My older air conditioner sounded like a tractor and I couldn’t even talk on the phone .
