I got the air conditioner as a present and it’s great it also works very well for my allergies so it cools off very well as well as removing allergens from the air .

I bought my air conditioner 2 weeks ago. I am very happy with it. It works so much better than my Fredrich air conditioners. Within 5 minutes it cools my living and dining room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this air conditioner. It works well . I found that it saved me money on my electric bill . It’s very efficient. It cools my dining room and kitchen . I like it that it doesn’t make noise . My older air conditioner sounded like a tractor and I couldn’t even talk on the phone .

poor quality control

spent a couple of hours setting up the unit only to turn it on and find out that the a/c did not put out any cold air and the fan only worked on high.

I can imagine how frustrating it must have been to spend time setting it up, only to find out that it wasn't functioning properly. And to make matters worse, the fan only worked on high, which is not what you expect from a unit designed to provide comfortable cooling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit a few weeks ago to replace the same model. The previous unit lasted several years before it started leaking. I sprayed the drain pan with flex-seal coating to delay rust and hope this unit lasts longer. Overall this is a good air conditioner and keeps the room cool on hot and humid summer days. This unit is a little quieter than previous model.
