The 21" blade installed easily and works well. No issues with the product. Fulfillment was slower than other online retailers, so I kept a star. Still quite happy.

Works great! First time I installed it there was a bit of a vibration when going at an angle in my yard. I took it off, cleaned off the all the contact points for the blade and it’s accessories, and it works like a charm. Admittedly, I had waited 6 years without replacing or sharpening my blade. And in that time I had managed to hit the blade on bricks several times. So my bar was pretty low, but the new blade made mowing even my overgrown lawn a simple task. So much easier to cut through, and the lawn was much greener now that the grass is being cut rather that whacked.

I had the original blade for almost 2 years. I hit a few rocks and sidewalks so it was definitely time to change it. The new one gets the job done as expected.

The package arrived with the staples on one end ripped open and the package empty. I have not heard back from Greenworks since I reported this. Very disappointed.
