Completely wireless for charging except the connection to your vehicle of course. It has a strong hood and quick charging great for everyone on the go because in todays world who has time for all the cords

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that ever since these chargers began popping up on the market I’ve been intrigued. Like most people I use my my cellphone in a variety of ways throughout the day. Streaming shows, listening to Spotify, mobile games, GPS, you name it! As a result I find myself plugging my phone in throughout the day to maintain the battery life. I love a phone holder! The problem is that typically the cords get in the way, or the telescoping arm breaks, something always seems to go wrong. Enter the Velox! Out of the gate I really loved that it’s MagSafe compatible! Being an iPhone user it’s always important and beneficial when a product works seamlessly with it. I love that I don’t have to rely exclusively on a device like arms that will lock my phone in place and potentially lose its effectiveness after a week or so. The arm itself is well constructed and sturdy, and most importantly it allows for a few different configurations for my phone. What’s one of the more useful features for me is the internal fan! It automatically turns on when connected…what!? You read that right! I have not one time gotten the infamous iPhone screen text that says it’s paused charging due to above average phone temperatures. Great product, amazing features, and because it’s MagSafe compatible just set it on and watch your phone rapid charge. I love it!

I haven't really noticed much with the cooling part, and I am a little disappointed with the magnetic portion. It doesn't hold as well as I would think it should, since that is the only way the phone is attached to the holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old car charger broke, and I was in desperate need of a new one, especially since I travel a lot for my job. So when I saw the Magnetic Wireless Cooling Charger Pro Dash & Windshield Mount by Velox I was pretty intrigued. After having this for about a month I can confidently say this is a great charger and well worth adding it to your automobile.
The charger came well packaged in the box and all the components arrived safely and in pristine condition. For installation you have two options: one, you can use the section cup to attach it to your windshield, or two, you can secure it to an included base which can be adhered to your dashboard, and subsequently the suction cup can be applied to that. Personally I’ve had some trouble in the past with phone mounts that suction cup to my windshield, so I decided to use the second method. Because my dashboard has a pebbled texture, I definitely needed the included flat disk. Finding a relatively flat part on my dashboard, I cleaned it thoroughly, then removed the sticky backing on the disc and pressed it down. It says to wait 20 minutes before suctioning on the mount, so I did just that. After the 20 minutes, I pulled the backing off of the suction cup on the mount, placed it on the plastic disc, and pressed a lever that applied the suction. Let me tell you this thing locks down tight. If it’s any indication on how securely it works on the disc, I’m sure it would be completely safe on the windshield as well. This thing isn’t budging. And when you take the mounts off the disc (theoretically) the disc is small and low-profile and wouldn’t be distracting in your car. After the mount is secured, you plug the power cord into your cars port and attach your phone to the mount. Automatically the charging will begin, as will the cooling function. I will say that this is the first car mount that I’ve used with the magnet feature on my phone case, so it does take a bit of trial and error to get them to attach. For instance, you can’t just hold them near each other for them to snap together, rather, you kind of have to click them together, the phone and the mount, and somehow this engages the magnets. Sometimes it takes a few taps to before they engage, but once it has it, it doesn’t let go. Most of my travel is on highways, so I haven’t gone down any dirt roads, but so far whatever terrain, from gravel to potholes, nothing has dislodged my phone accidentally from the charger.
As far as charging speed is concerned, that’s kind of hard for me to determine, but it’s certainly fast enough for me. It certainly seems faster than my old method, which lacks the cooling feature, but I haven’t done a side-by-side test. The fan itself is very quiet. It is not distracting in anyway… If you’re listening to the radio or music at all, you will never notice, and again, the fan only runs when the phone is attached.
Everything, from plastic disc to the arm of the mount, is very well-made and very sturdy. I anticipate this lasting a long time, and moving it to my new car when that time comes. I have no complaints about the mount at all. Obviously, I will recommend his mount and have…and to reiterate, I really can’t believe how strong the suction cup works.
I’m very impressed with the Velox car mount, and I am very interested in seeing what other products the brand has to offer. I am a very happy user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the iottie velox magnetic wireless cooling charger for my phone and absolutely love it. And I’ve got it sticking on my front windshield and it adjusts to be exactly how I want it. Once you plug it in and place your phone onto the pad there is a fan that automatically comes on and cools your phone off. So you have a wireless charger that magnetizes your phone charges your phone and cools your phone all with one device what is there not to love.

I don’t put my phone up on my dashboard because it will definitely overheat. But this cooling charger really keeps your phone from overheating. I didn’t try the dashboard method I placed it on my windshield. It was very easy to place and was very sturdy. It was easy to remove as well and only leaves a small amount of residue that you can easily clean. This is perfect for anyone needing their phone at eye level
