Lousy app and reliability

This thing appears like a quality charger, the cord is very heavy and the build quality looks and feels good, however the magnetic holder for the handle doesnt work, the units bluetooth has never worked, and its constantly saying charge complete or stuck in a schedule that doesnt exist. The app is basically useless, which basically makes the charger useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

lame warranty

bought in march 2025 and registered.. 7 months later cord spring load connector melted and because receipt could not be found they claimed that since unit was built july of 2022 and was 3yrs and 4 months old it was not covered.. so doing the right thing is not in their goal.. obviously it was not purchased the month it was built.. but i will go to a different ev brand and will no longer support this company and use noco for my chargers and puch them to my 100,s of automobile collector customers and off road and marine friends..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good sturdy ev charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend recently got an electric company truck. I let him test this out because he needed a way to charge the truck from home. He said it was easy to install but would be more difficult for people who have no idea what they are doing. He plugs his truck up when he gets home and it is charged and ready to go by morning when it’s time to leave. He thinks it would be better for smaller vehicles though

Charger works well, app needs some fixing.

I’m happy with the charger. Works great with my 2023 Bolt. Minor flaw with the app. It use to provide a history of charge so I can calculate my usage by vehicle . But that report function hasn’t been working for over two months. Sadly, I RECEIVED AND EMAIL STATED THIS WILL BE FIXED but so far nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expensive install, but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is the install a bit expensive but it also requires a separate adapter to use it with a Tesla. However, it charges my vehicle in half the time. It’s sleek and compact which is an added bonus. It could also be used with other Electric vehicles in case we decide on another model in the future, we won’t have to change it. Overall, I’m happy with it!

Straight forward installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Initial impression is that this thing is well built. It is a little bit have. At first it seemed intimidating to install. After taking some time to understand the install, it the was quite straight forward. This charger looks a lot more elegant in my garage then my previous setup with an adapter plug. It charges my car as fast as i would expect. The plug attached on nicely. I have not noticed any issues thus far.

Incredible charger !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Start to finish this product is incredible. Works very well for all electric vehicles though does need an adapter to work with a Tesla. Also needs to be professionally installed but looks very nice installed and was worth the wait !
