We've always liked Whirlpool Appliances has this is our Third set.Our last lasted around 12yrs. and would still be in use if we hadn't had to move and was unable to take it with us.

Great dryer at a good price

I purchased this dyer about a month ago and am very pleased with my purchase so far. I was not able to actually see the product in person before purchasing it so I was a little apprehensive. There are a ton of various settings depending on the kind of load you are working with which is great. I also really like the energy saving settings which I wasn't sure about at first because I wondered if my laundry would still be damp using these settings but much to my surprise, the energy saving settings are very efficient. My only negative so far about this product is I do wish the door opening was a bit wider. It does seem a little cramped when I go to take a load out of the dryer so having a larger door would make it a bit easier to get things out. However, I can live with that so overall I am very pleased with my dryer purchase thus far and would recommend the product to others.

Great Features, a few design snags, but a good product

This dryer replaced a 20 year old model, is much quieter, allows for variable heat settings, has an end of cycle buzzer an dryer sensing, and in general has all of the features we wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the first clothes dryer I have purchased brand new. I always preferred late 70's models for their ease of use, low cost maintenance, and affordability. With an extended warranty, and a fairly low entry cost, I expect this to be a good buy. The unit is very easy to use, with simple to understand instructions that get you drying clothes right away. It is not quiet, but not loud. The cost of electricity to use it is lower than my older models, but by comparison to new units, is not super efficient. The drying features are pretty impressive for an entry level unit, though. I hope to be using it for many years down the road.

This products has excellent features.....love the fact that it has a verylarge bucket, thanks to the washer having no agitator in the middle, great on efficiency saving with water.It makes laundry day, funinstead of dreadful.

Exceptional drying capabilities

Kept reading reviews that dryer was noisy, but dryer is very quiet running and ACCUDRY feature gets clothes very dry every time. I wish the dryer screen was in the drum and not on the top but if you keep it clean it is not a big mess.

I love how quiet it is! iam so glad not to have to close the laundry room door to hear the television or talk on the phone. I also like the way the dryer shuts off when the laundry is dry. The delivery and installation was quick and not a problem to deliver on a Saturday.
